Weight issues

Everyone has different issues when it come to weight, personally I just eat too much and don’t exercise enough. I find I’m not generally hungry, I’m just bored or the food is there so I eat it. However, if you do find you struggle with hunger a lot then taking an appetite suppressant may help. If you can decrease the amount you eat and up your exercise level then you’ll lose weight – if only it was as easy to do as say!

Stem cells used in transplant

Ground breaking techniques have been used in a windpipe transplant operation. New techniques were used to wash most of the cells away from a donor windpipe, leaving a shell behind. Then stem shells from the patient were used to regrow the windpipe on the structure, making it appear to be the patients own tissue and removing the need for anti-rejection drugs. (more…)
