I’m not sure if the cause of the recent foot & mouth outbreak is good news or bad. It’s good that is has been tracked to the research centres, so it’s definitely contained and isn’t likely to spread further, but it’s equally bad that it was released by someone and should never have happened. Recycling litter bins in the street

The government has proposed new plans to increase the number of litter bins in the street that offer recycling facilities. The City of London, Cornwall and Essex all offer some degree of recycling public litter bins, and this proposal is designed to increase that to all counties in England. (more…)
