Everyone has different issues when it come to weight, personally I just eat too much and don’t exercise enough. I find I’m not generally hungry, I’m just bored or the food is there so I eat it. However, if you do find you struggle with hunger a lot then taking an appetite suppressant may help. If you can decrease the amount you eat and up your exercise level then you’ll lose weight – if only it was as easy to do as say!
